How does the design process work?

We will ask you a few directed questions regarding what you want. This helps us get to know you, your brand, your targeted audience, and what you want to accomplish. We’ll estimate your design project and get approval to move forward. From there, our design team will work on your artwork and provide a first effort. Your design job will include two rounds of revisions. Once complete, you’ll receive all print-ready files and artwork.

What should I expect after submitting the form?

Vector artwork is always best. You can tell your artwork is vectored in two ways:

  1. Your artwork will be in a .ai or .eps file format.
  2. When your artwork is resized in your design program of choice, it won’t become jagged or distorted no matter how big you make it.

If either of the above is an accurate description of your file, then your file is in vector format. If you’re not sure if your artwork is vectored, you can either check with your own graphic designer, or our design team can assist you.

What if I already have a design?

Great! Send it over and we can get started right away.

 

 

How long until my product will be ready?

Turn times vary for each project, but typically, most projects are completed within 5-10 days after proof approval.

If you think you may be in a time crunch let us know. We do offer rush service on most products.
