Turn branded headwear into an interactive experience with a custom Hat Bar. Blue Fox Branding brings the full experience to you—from a curated selection of hats and custom-designed patches to the equipment, setup, and on-site team that makes it all happen.

Guests choose their favorite hat, browse a collection of patches created specifically for your brand or event, and decide exactly how they want to make it their own. Our team then presses their selections on-site, creating a custom hat right before their eyes. Every detail—from the product selection and creative concepts to the final press—is thoughtfully planned to make the experience feel seamless, personal, and uniquely yours.

T-Shirt Studio

Bring custom apparel to life right at your event with an interactive, print-on-demand T-Shirt Lab. Blue Fox Branding handles everything—from the apparel and custom DTF designs to the heat press equipment, setup, and on-site team. Guests browse a curated collection of direct-to-film (DTF) designs created specifically for your brand or event, choose their favorite, select their shirt, and watch as it’s pressed on-site right in front of them. The result is a fun, hands-on experience where every guest gets to create something that reflects their personal style—and walk away with branded apparel they’ll actually want to wear. 

Tote Studio

Turn a classic tote into a one-of-a-kind creation with an interactive Tote Bar. Blue Fox Branding brings every detail together—from a curated selection of totes and custom-designed patches or DTF prints to coordinating scarves, heat press equipment, setup, and our on-site team. Guests choose their tote, personalize it with their favorite designs, and add the finishing touch with a custom scarf tied around the handle. Each tote is created on-site, giving guests a hands-on experience and a personalized piece that feels uniquely theirs.

SOCK STOP

Put a creative spin on custom socks with an interactive Sock Bar. Blue Fox Branding brings the full experience to your event—from custom-knit crew socks and a curated collection of heat-transfer and patch designs to the equipment, setup, and on-site team. Guests choose their favorite designs, mix and match to create their perfect pair, and watch as their socks are customized right on-site.

Shoe Edit

Put your brand in every step with an interactive Shoe Bar experience. Blue Fox Branding starts by creating custom branded shoes designed specifically for your company or event, turning the shoe itself into a unique piece of branded merch before the activation even begins. From there, we bring the full experience on-side with a curated collection of custom patches and heat-transfer designs, along with all the equipment, setup, and team needed to bring it to life.

Guest choose their size, browse the available designs, and personalize their shoes with the patches and details that fit their individual style. Our team applies their selections on-site, transforming an already custom-branded shoe into a one-of-a kind pair created just for them.

Pick + Pair

Bring your brand to life with an interactive Pick + Pair Activation where guests build their own custom wristlet and accessory set. Attendees can mix and match branded wristlets with a curated selection of accessories, creating a combination that feels unique to their personal style.

Leather Lab

Create a more personal, hands-on experience with our Leather Lab Activation. Guests choose their leather notebook, keychain, mousepad, coasters, etc. and use a rented debossing press to stamp their own initials or custom message directly into the leather—creating a personalized piece with their own hands.

Blue Fox Branding provides everything needed to bring the experience to life, including the leather goods, debossing press, letters, tools, and simple instructions. The complete setup arrives ready to use, so no Blue Fox team is needed on-site. Perfect for smaller groups and more intimate events, Leather Lab gives each guest time to create something personal while walking away with an elevated keepsake made uniquely their own.

Disc-In-A Box

Turn your merch table into an interactive build-your-own experience with Disc in a Box. Guests create their own disc-bound notebook by choosing their favorite cover, selecting the inside pages, picking a disc color, and assembling it all together on-site. It’s a fun, hands-on way to give guests more choice while turning a branded notebook into something they helped create.

Blue Fox Branding makes it easy by providing a ready-to-go kit with everything needed to create 12 custom notebooks per box. Each box includes one cover option, two inside page options, and three disc colors to mix and match. With a three-box minimum, you can add even more variety across covers, pages, and disc colors to create a collection that complements your brand or event.
